Ribblevalley85 2 Posted August 3, 2013 Report Share Posted August 3, 2013 Just ordered new kennel block run and shed altogether as one, just wondering what some of you use for insulation on the kennels, wether you just throw hay down as a bed or have you got the side insulated n if so with what, Iv looked at buying the proper dog kennel insulation but there not haveing my pants down for insulation like that just cause it says for dog!!!! lifelong cumbrian 1,826 Posted August 4, 2013 Report Share Posted August 4, 2013 I used 30mm sheets of polystyrene cut to fit in between shed framework then boarded with 10mm ply. The insulation keeps the shed cool in summer as well as warm in winter. 2 Quote Link to post
