Westy76 546
I had this convo on a Stafford forum so ill say the same here. If your just a hobby hunter(let's face it most of us are) out mooching having a good time with the dogs day/night etc a good balanced diet is essential and enough BUT if your giving your dog serious graft day after day night after night and testing it to the max supplements do have a place for performance, recovery etc and surely help. The problem is with supplementing dogs in my opinion is has already been stated within this thread, matey down the road who is giving x y x to his dogs grating the tits out of it having results day and night, every fella wanting to emulate his success pumps it into there dogs thinking there gonna gets the same results when out every now and then and they don't as its just not needed, supplements need understanding, thought and reason in my opinion. Wether you agree with them or not is a totally different story. Quote Link to post
