i have been down south for a few days and as you do seen a few new things that got me thinking... money no object ,space and neighbors no object.

 

what would be your dream kennel set up? space size building materiel's kennel and run, feel free to add pictures and sketches

Money no object... buy a autumn winter holuday home some country where there is less humans and better laws for pest control.

Block work building attached too house with central heating with galvanized pens inside 2x2 m and galvanized pens out side 2x4 m with sheet roof with dog flaps too get out and a 12mm flexabile water pipe with water pump connected water trough with drains in every run and a dish washer and freezer in room and storage containers for each dog

question for asking is i saw an old factory getting taken down and they were skipping loads of old railings (like hunt kennel jobbies) they were about 4-5ft high and i thort to myself if i could build a sandstone shad about 18ft long and 12ft wide and have a hunt kennel set up mmm

A good kennell set up is half the battle in producing and maintaining a good standard of dog imo i built a good set up at my home house 8 years ago and i ve just started a new kennell block at my own house will stick a few pic s up later on had the footing s and drainage all done back when i built the house so the hard work was done i ve the main kennel block built and roofed and plasterer is well away inside just have the run walls outside to do next then get outside plastered and dashed

yeh a wise man told me that foxes are killed in kennels,and its some thing i keep in mind every day, ime halfway thru building my new set up no what i want but as ever money and space have dictated what i can have

No different than I could do now really, if I didn't have other things to do...

 

Suppose i'd simply base 'em on those real old hunt kennels, brick built, big for my gear, loads of detail in it. Real smart iron rail work type stuff too.
