salmon and sea trout

does anyone know of any good rivers to fish for salmon and sea trout in the thurso area, might be taking a trip up there soon !

sea trout wester beach, caught these last month a year ago

 

 

 

,also wester loch small river runs from the beach into the loch £5 to fish it.

no worries, i havent been out since last year and need spurred on to get out and do a bit of fishing.

 

my pal had 4 the other day of the loch all on fly.

You can buy a day ticket on the Naver river for a salmon or a sea trout on the club water. If there is a bit of water about I could get you a cast on the Strathy river.
