:yes: You said money no object! :laugh: From what I understand, BOSE is kind of the bottom of the pile when it comes to really high quality systems. Still streets ahead of a lot of stuff but there is far better out there.. :thumbs:

 

If there at the bottom bose that is,, jesus its an expensive bottom..Can you still buy technics and would a man be lucky and pick up a second hand system.

I've chopped and changed bits of my sound system over the years and I've ended up with mostly NAD stuff now. Not too expensive but sounds great.

i had a sony system for years.it eventually gave up the ghost.loud and clear as crystal.you need to keep turning it down lol

Think they're all branded as Panasonic now mate.. :hmm:

im into loud music, i bought this set up when it first came out 10 or more years ago i paid €1.000 you would pick one up for about €200 - 300 i gave mine death and it still has quality sound output all i need is a new remote :rocker:

Think that's the exact same one as my brother has got, although I'm sure his is 7.1.. :hmm: Does yours play DVD's as well? Like you say, fantastic sound quality and decent power. :thumbs:

some difference between that panasonic system and the old Dansette Lp flip up box,, worlds apart mate.

 

 

Used to play a stack of 6 singles on mine, but if you put seven on the seventh would slide :laugh:

their was another one with a exact same only with a built in dvd player, back then it was an extra €500 quid for the dvd so i said fook that lol
