I've got a cheapish old 5.1 surround set up. Not the best quality but when it's hooked up and laid out properly it does make a hell of a difference when you're watching a film.

 

Malt that looks the dogs nuts,, you would need a lotto win to buy a system like that.

You said money no object! From what I understand, BOSE is kind of the bottom of the pile when it comes to really high quality systems. Still streets ahead of a lot of stuff but there is far better out there..

 

If there at the bottom bose that is,, jesus its an expensive bottom..Can you still buy technics and would a man be lucky and pick up a second hand system.

Thats a good looking system malt, not a bad price for quality, plus a surround sound system for the tv aswell,, not bad at all..thanks again.

im into loud music, i bought this set up when it first came out 10 or more years ago i paid €1.000 you would pick one up for about €200 - 300 i gave mine death and it still has quality sound output all i need is a new remote

Think that's the exact same one as my brother has got, although I'm sure his is 7.1.. Does yours play DVD's as well? Like you say, fantastic sound quality and decent power.

their was another one with a exact same only with a built in dvd player, back then it was an extra €500 quid for the dvd so i said fook that lol
