stealthy1 3,964
Most dry foods are roughly the same in content, but well known brands are more expensive Quote Link to post
Country Joe 1,411
I just get mine from my local pet shop, its their own make, it has more or less all the ingredients as the well known makes, and is a lot cheaper. Quote Link to post

Jamie m 668
Jwb makes them like seals , Quote Link to post
joe14 98
Well I buy a few brands and mix them. You do pay for what you ger if you look at the ingredients. For example vitalins first ingredient is fresh chicken where others it will me chicken meal or meat and animal derivatives Quote Link to post
sikastag_1 689
Joe fresh chicken normally means chicken eye brows or the likes. I feed chudleys or alpha depending where I am when I'm needing it makes no odds ferrets still look good on it aswell as meat but in hot weather dry is good as it doesn't go off, they are in the court munching away on a full rib cage of roe just now that will make up for the less chicken in the alpha lol Edited August 1, 2013 by grant_c Quote Link to post
AirgunGuy 362
I was using JWB but it went from 8 quid odds to 9 quid odds for 2 kilos recently which is more than I'm willing to pay so now they're on Alpha at 15 quid for 10 kilos. Mine are mostly flesh fed but have dry available at all times ;-) Edited August 1, 2013 by AirgunGuy Quote Link to post
