Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
Heard they don't taste so good... what do you do with the bones, head and fur/skin, if you do take the meat off... my old mate worked on a farm with an incinerator but that's not an option this time. thanks Quote Link to post

Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
Stink pit, rubbish bin, or hedge. What if a dog walker found it!! ? rubbish bin, really? suppose a deep burial would be an option. what about having a big fire and sticking it on. Quote Link to post

Depends where it is etc. Mostly hedge it. Or bury it. Sometimes a mate skins them out, tans the skin and buries the carcass. 1 Quote Link to post

There are no dog walkers near where I shoot. Some farms have a stink pit which the farmer lights every now and again. Quote Link to post
paulus 26
if you chuck in a hedge bottom away from any footpaths, then not only will it benefit other wildlife whilst decomposing. it wont matter a squat if someone finds it provided it was killed legally on permission Quote Link to post

Do not try burning it..... ive burned a carcass or 2 for disease control reasons it is much easier to bury it, even quicker again to leave the carcass in the forestry away from dog walking spots naturally Quote Link to post
