AR177 588
A sub 12 ft lb rifle will kill animals at 65 yards if you are hitting them in the kill zone.. whats your zero and what holdover do you use for 65 yards? where are you aiming head or heart and lung? is it .177 or .22? what scope is it? we can then determine if its overpowered or a quicker way is if you have a chronograph Edited July 30, 2013 by AR177 Quote Link to post
Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
looks like you could do with getting it chronoed! Quote Link to post
barrywhite 282
65 yards is very possible . the 77 is accurate enough and will have the power at 65 yards with a 12 ft lbs .you could use the chair gun program to get an idea if you gun is well over powered .shoot pellets at 10 20 30 40 50 60 yards work out how much your pellet drops.....or get or use a chrono Quote Link to post
