Help Needed

Hi guys, im pretty new to the site and dont make many posts, choosing mostly to read through other posts to gather most information I need. I dont wish to block up the forum chat with simple questions but a question I can not find information on is how long does it take to join a target shooting club? I ask because I sent all the forms off over two months ago. i heard nothing and sent them a message. The response i got was they had several applications at once and they had sent the forms to the home office/police for approval. This was over a month ago and still have heard nothing from them. I dont want to keep pestering them if this is normal. But I do want to get shooting soon and dont want to wait any longer than needed. Any advice would be great

I have no personal experience of being in a target club,however I would imagine this to be normal, if the home office/police are concerned, they do not like to rush, I think you should just exercise a bit of patience mate, sure it will be fine.
