The season is just around the corner and hopefully this season has as good numbers as in previous years over 60000 pinks last year ...has to be my favourite type of shooting out in the mud on a windy sunset or sunrise .and geese coming onto the fields shooting over deeks at first light being a close second

They are invector plus chokes on a Winchester select ...I usually work 1/4 & 1/2 but only use that gun for driven days ...its the old bretta 303 I use every day its never let me down

shot over kayle in the snow ...no decoys infact no real skill as they were hungry and the farmer had lost over 12 acres ...pure vermin control crop protection ....we took 2000 to the game dealer over 2 days

Some tidy photos there fella. I try and get upto your neck of the woods a couple of times a season, it really is a incredible sight to see some pinks flighting, although I had my flights trashed by another fowler last season it was still worth the trip up. I cannot wait till i'm sat in that church yard watching them flight in in the evening knowing that i'm going to be out there in the morning(if I get my dates lol).
