arcticgun 4,548
how have you managed to loose it when it should of been fitted with a transmitter? oh that's right you never used one now you owned one kestrel so why ask how to buy another? and more to the point why after killing one would you want another, that smacks of cruelty, mind if you cannot find a kestrel for sale then you really do not have the intelligence to manage one in the first instance which has been proven, The one you have will not have lasted long in wild, I'm assuming it left with jesses swivel leash on? likely died a miserable lonely terrifying death, so you should maybe think a realise that your not liely the soprt for falconry and maybe go buy a motorbike or summat instead 2 Quote Link to post

paulus 26
As i an not sure of the circumstances of the lost bird i can not really comment, However some sort of apprenticeship prior to purchasing a bird should be made a mandatory requirement, also a kestrel is definitely not the bird for a beginner for numerous reasons, weight management bla bla but more importantly what happens in 6 months or so to the bird when the novice wants a bird that will hunt Quote Link to post
