Seems to me every culture or country that has embraced islam or has had islam foisted upon it has gone backward by centuries, this is jmho

 

It could be argued that Christianity did the same..........

 

 

So lets look at the christian majority countries and islamic countries and see which ones have the highest literacy rates;

In christian countries we teach our kids to read write maths sciences etc

In islamic countries they teach thier kids to rock back and fore quoting the quran parrot fashion...and they wonder why they cant get anywhere in the world

Ps I don't suscribe to this IQ thing In my eyes the Mulsims were great in the past and forward thinking. I do all of the above and I don't " support" them......they don't represent me or anything I believe in and as an Englishman I find them a bit embarrassing

 

I watched a short piece done by the BBC recently that was asking who/where was all this recent support for the EDL coming from and that found thousands of ex and serving M.O.D lads , are they embarrassing also........

 

 

When I represent myself as an Englishman I want to portray the best of my country & its traditions to outsiders not the worst so that is why they dont represent me and I find them embarrasing

 

We are a country with a rich heritage, the nation of shopkeepers, naval heros, the empire and the monarchy, inventors and warrior kings, art and litrature..........I dont see how a bunch of beer swilling thugs, a good proportion of who cant string a sentence together, is a representation of that and I would rather they were not the face of my British heritage because if they are then it certainly is not worth preserving

Rubbish I have several Indian friends who have a phenominal intelligence one has 2 PHD's in Artificial intelligence and Maths. I have Muslim friends in UAE & Saudi who are making nearly half a mill every year in Islamic banking, My mrs is Mexican, her father has 3 PHD's is a director of 5 Scientific parks and R&D centers. The Mrs has 2 masters Currently looking at a work colleague now a girl from Nigeria she has a masters and speaks 4 langauges. The children from my local bar are chinese the oldest 12 years old speaks 7 languages, is currently studying chinese writing, in addition to his amazing maths/Science grades which have put him in for the possibility to take his exams 4 years early.....Your argument is flawed, unless you apply it to Britain's council estate trash

the problem is "everybody is correct" ask a Sunni, ask a Shia, ask a christian, ask any faith and they will all tell you there religion is the one true religion. From what i can tell there is only one religion out there that wants to covert or force into submission every living person on this planet . not only does it want to tell everybody what to believe, it also want to control every aspect of lives.
