Bosun11 537
What Paulus said would be cheapest. My setup didn't cost mega money. Galv panels with 6x4 sleeping boxes. Would be better on a concrete base with drainage and a roof is optional. But you get the idea... Similar to mine Gaz... Though I put my kennels in an open fronted shed type thingy, gives 'em the option of getting on top if they like. With a big overhang to the roof. If I re-do it again I'd go for a big shed option, 8x8 and build kennels in it, the top of them being a work bench. Had this in my last house and boy do I miss me shed..!! Quote Link to post

Had a look on their website and seemed cheap enough and with free next day delivery? Anyone used them? www.animalpensandpanels.co.uk Edited August 1, 2013 by DazAllison1 Quote Link to post
neems 2,406
I won't be using wood again,it smells no matter how much you clean it,they can chew it and if it gets wet where they've chewed it can rot. Metal pen and plastic sleeping areas for me in the future. Quote Link to post

DazAllison1 556
A few pics of my current kennel, nothing special I had to make do with very little space after moving in with the misses and have to share a garden with the bloke downstairs but he dosnt bother so not to bad, I built from my old kennel just altered the shape and downsized it a good bit, the run works out 1.5msq with an insulated ply box filled with straw inside with a hinged lid for easy access, once we get a house with a proper garden I'll be in for some shiney new galvy runs Quote Link to post
