Guest MOLLY
Im sure ive read somewhere and i think it might be part of the dangerous dogs act, that any dog (not just those on the dangerous dogs list) which is thought to be dangerous must be kept under strict control (cant remember the correct wording). Or it might be defra?......Can anyone please enlighten me? MOLL.
Dawn B 212
Yes Mol, any breed or type of dog can have restrictions on it and the owners prosecuted. The DDA includes ALL dogs, but it also states banned breeds. Dawn.
