fil888 0
Hi guys n girls my name is Phil and im from Herts, been shooting for a couple of years now, my first rifle was a co2 SMK jobie which apart from the downsides of a co2 powered rifle it was very accurate. I had a couple of friends who went hunting and kept asking me to tag along so on my first outing although the SMK was good for plinking it just wasn't right for hunting so time for a new rifle (FX T12 .177) Lovely rifle very accurate and soon began to bag the bunnies. Had the FX for about a year but in that time firstly the magazine gave up with many pellets jamming, then the synthetic stock started peeling and finally bang went the gun when an O ring gave up. That was enough for me and then changed to a Brocock contour super 6 this time in .22, i absolutely loved the look n light weight Brocock but again the problems started, the rifle would really only like to shoot AA Diablo pellets as most others would just not load into the breech anyway i bought a spare magazine as only 6 shots, well both the magazines split as were made of alloy sogot them exchanged for the new solid metal ones, then the magazine cycling lever went and that was enough for me so yep new gun time. This time i said i'm getting something special so along came the Weihrauch HW100 KT .177, fantastic piece of kit only downside for me is the weight. I have now just bought a BSA Ultra SE to partner my HW100 as when i'm feeling lazy take the lighter option lol which grows on me each time i shoot it. Well think i've bored you enough on my first post next time tell you of the 6 or so scopes i bought. Quote Link to post
