He has asked me if I want to go out on it tomorrow with him from the south coast and maybe "pop over to the Isle of Wight for a beer." Of course I said yes, but now it turns out he doesn't know how to launch it, drive it, fill it with fuel, or navigate it. In fact he knows nothing about boats at all - so that makes 2 of us.
