Shooting In Your Garden.

Recommended Posts

Hi all I am after a bit of advice cos when I am shooting in my garden the neighbour always threatens me cos he don't like guns and he says he is worried about his 2 cats getting shot or a ricoshay going into his garden. To be honest with you I think he fancies are lass and its just an excuse to be nothing over my fence. I mean its only an airgun could I get in trouble if he rings the filth?

As long as you are sensible and have a good backstop to prevent any pellets leaving your boundaries you are well within your rights to carry on shooting mate.Any chance of a pic of your lass?.........

Dont do many tubbies,   She cant sing, she cant dance, who cares,................. she looks like Rihanna...........

If your garden is within 50 feet of a public right of way its illegal to shoot in your garden. The least you can expect is a visit from the police, who will take your rifle away to be chronoed. If theres a possibility of getting the rifle over 12ftlb with a certain pellet, you can bet the police will do it!.

Well my milk bottles sit in front of a privet hedge. Behind the milk bottles is a thick piece of cardboard and on the other side of the privet hedge is my neighbours garden. I mean if the pellets ain't killing rabbits there hardly going to go through a milk bottles cardboard and into his garden ffs

As long as there is a bit of cardboard protecting your neighbour, I don't see the problem. He needs to man up.

So it is illegal to shoot in your garden if there is a pavement within 50 feet of your boundaries................ :hmm:
