Country Joe 1,411
Heard great things about using this Honey on wounds, although it would have to be applied where the Dog could not lick it off, but i cant get over the price, In Morrisons Supermarket yesterday one product was £15.95 a medium size jar. Anyone any idea why its so expensive, wouldn't consider using it at that price.
robadoo 212
It's good stuff , aldi is the cheapest , it's 4 pound odd for a small jar . It don't matter if the dog licks it'll work it's way into the wound better .

Westy76 546
I'll tell you how good Manuka is,its the dogs bollox and that's a fact and don't be so cheap its worth every penny you want the grade 10+ gear and here's why. 7th of June my youngest lurcher got hit by a car he's should've been put to sleep but I had insurance so was kept in and worked on the whole weekend. Come home Monday like this. Now his chest muscles were roe stitched back on and what skin that was left was tacked back in place and apart from 7 days of antibiotics and painkillers guess what the vet wanted used on his open wound......Manuka honey. Here's his wound last week so much smaller and healing so well the original 2 months lay up should be all that's needed . This stitching went up to the front on his chest And the main wound is smaller than my hand now This stuff is the nuts lads don't be cheap.
