Ran one years ago, first cross Whippet X Greyhound, great early pace, but spent most time lying up bad feet

Whippet x Greyhounds, like any other cross vary in size, some throw back to the whippet, and vice versa.

My biggest grew stands about 24" and my smallest , 20", both out of the same litter.

Mine have always been used for general mooching and they do ok

u would think so,,,but it doesn't always work oot that way,,,some 3/4 whips 1/4 grey are bigger than the 1/2 crosses

cant say ive had much problem way the feet ,,but I have seen pleanty whip/grey that have maybe its there running style in the field ????maybe

 

I tend to get more sprains on wrist which is gone in couple of days and more what stick oot the ground such as barbwire ect ect

 

I tend to get little scars ,,which is to be expected threw there time in field ,,some cover back up ,,some will always show,,,picture below just one leg of my 3 year old bitch,,,feck knows what her legs going to look like in another 3 year,,pll,s will think I been bad to my dog I expect when walking round the parks way her before work
