the_stig 6,614
I thought for a minute you'd booked them for that length of time stig lol. I take it you book them out?yes mate - missed the got off --------------don't have feck all to do with them I just pay a fee and they get on with the bookings and stuff.. Nice wee earner pal if they keep getting booked up it will be ...worth looking into if anyones got disposable cash ,I looked into it a while ago mate. It was the depreciation of the van that put me off. £36,000 for van, the site I was looking at didn't like vans over 10 years old. So £3,600 lost each year coming off earnings plus site fees etc. I know you can sell them second hand but seemed a lot of hassle to me. mine cost 9 and 13 ---- one will be paid for this year ... the ones we had a few year back cost 6 each we rented them out for 7 year and sold them for 6 each Ahhh now your talking lol. It was the ex who fancied one, had to be brand new I crunched the figures and thought, f**k that. Yours sounds a better set up new vans drop in value quick once they hit sort of 10k ish they seem to stay at that for a few year we`ll keep these 5 year then then look at it again.. Born Hunter 17,763
We only bought our Van when we got the dogs. No one to look after them, so they come with us. It has it's pitfalls sometimes, but on the whole, it's a blast. We're in it at the moment, Wells-next-the-sea. Fooking hot though.............. I'm sure I went to Wells as a kid on a caravan holiday. Is there a beach with a feck off big island within swimming distance?
