Breeds For First Time Trainer

Recommended Posts

Why do people make things difficult for themselves ?, when it is a lot easier to get something bred to do the job. A Spinone and a toller are like chalk and cheese,in size looks and temperament,so its not a particular type he his after it is just something "different" to be seen with. 18 months time will see the dog left at home on the sofa, when he goes shooting, because he has given up trying with the dog. Tell him to get a Labrador.

Heidewachtel/small Münsterlander, nice all purpose and allround hunting dog. Ideal first time trainer kind of dog. No I don't use one myself at the moment, but I have worked with and along side them.

I've also seen them be used as guard/watchdog, they can be quite protective. If your mate doesn't need paperwork but just worker to worker they can be relatively cheap. No I don't sell any.
