Best Chippy In Britain?

I drove past this chippy whilst working about 4 years ago.Ive had some fantastic fish and chips before but never the standard that this shop serves up.

Dont know the names ,but opposite Leytonstone station its pretty good , Or as you drive in to Epping from london ,left hand side after Tescos very good as well.

 

The Leytonstone one im not too sure about but the one in Epping directly over the road to Tescos is Smiths.....old man Smith started in the game probably 100 years ago they,re on the grand sons maybe even gr grand sons now there used to be Smiths in Chingford,Walthamstow all over the place think they are down to 2 or 3 shops now.......not sure id rate them alongside some ive been to in coastal places but still decent

 

Smiths is okay , but the other fish and chip shop on the same side of the road as Tesco but nearer Epping

high street is pretty good for around here .

I went to the takeaway, it was busy but chips were pale and undercooked.fish was similar

 

i retract it then haha! must be hit and miss, but iv been there on a few good days. liverton mines is outstanding though you been there? ive not heard anyone have anything bad to say about it. give it a try if not.

Yes thats the one ,lol,neighbours id say we may have frequented a few common places, do you remember there was quiet a few Fish Brothers chippys around east london, ,think one in stratford . Of subject what was the restaurant in stratford with boxing connections ?, possibly owned by Panos Eliades.

cant get a decent one up here.i just buy a cod fillet and that ruskiline .oven chips bobs your uncle lol ionly buy fish and chips from a chippie when in england.alwats get a decent bit of cod down there.
