terry1001 2
Just to say hello to all and introduce myself. I am an experienced shot with many years using all types of firearms. I am generally interested in all country pursuits but particularly in air rifles and night vision equipment. I experiment with and make night vision add ons and LED torches and currently I am working on a digital rifle sight for day and night use which replaces the scope/add on. I'm looking forward to finding out what the members on here are doing in these fields.

terry1001 2
Hello Terry any pictures of your night vision set ups? Atb Andy and a big welcome! Here's links to pictures of two scopeless rigs I have done, the EJ230 based unit was for a friend who has problems using a scope and liked the look of the Rolaids Bench one and the other one I have just finished and it's awaiting final zeroing. This will have the option of a 5" monitor or an electronic viewfinder (ex camcorder). The others I have built are conventional add ons using board cams or Watec 902. I have modified various torches to take decent IR leds and some using visible red, main thing is a zoom facility which allows the same torch to be used at 5 yards or 100 yards. I spend too much time doing this sort of thing!
terry1001 2
I didn't expect to see the pictures as a slideshow in the post, is putting a link to the location the best way to include pictures? I didn't want to put each picture in my post as the files are fairly large.
