Mint photos, did you catch the rabbit? new to ferreting how come you throw a whole rabbit in,has food yes and does it teach them anything? thanks

It's a Hare mate. And I shot it last season, my bitch retrieved it.

 

I've always put them in whole, rabbit, hare, pigeon, duck, pheasant etc, laziness if I'm perfectly honest. They don't leave much though.

 

I guess if does give them the taste from young but I don't do it for educational purposes.
