Hot Meat 3,109 Posted July 6, 2013 Report Share Posted July 6, 2013 (edited) you do NOT need written permission to hunt on land, as long as you have a verbal agreement with the landowner and are operating within the law. iv know a few land owners either take permission off folks or tell lies an say they had no right to be there after being woke up at an unreasonable hour to check out claims. so written permission is always good to have, but it aint needed............
