I'm sure I was guilty of doubting the abilities or usefulness of these types of dogs when I first noticed topics and pictures being posted about them when I joined this forum yrs ago...

 

How wrong I was, havnt the work for one but if I did or things change I would look into owning one..

Ive often wondered about the hunting dogs of old. I couldnt comment upon the correct modern strains to breed for these dogs but, these are truly awesome animals and as well as a credit to there owners IMHO on there day no doubt good to have out and about
