brucemyster 75
6 weeks is still pretty young to be from the jill, not that i'm an expert and wouldn't mind being corrected. I don't think I'd let my present litters go that early Quote Link to post

My kit was 6 weeks when I got him, guess some breeders prefer selling them earlier. Quote Link to post
Rake aboot 4,935
I misread sorry But even that 6 weeks is young, but you`ll manage. Liek I said, just persvere, and be gentle, they rarely need any rough stuff. Quote Link to post
The one 8,477
Just feed them handle them daily as much as you can and they should turn out okay Quote Link to post
Jamie m 668
Yep six weeks is young . Quote Link to post
Ratreeper 441
Try not to react when it bites you and start making it a game, they all nip and chew when young but they will stop faster if they don't get any reaction from it because they are just trying to start a game. If it's still doing it in a month then you might want to stop playing for 30 seconds each time it bites too hard and it should get the idea, I don't think they will learn from anything too subtle or too harsh. AirgunGuy 362
My kits are nipping a bit when hungry though not to hard. It's more of a "is it edible" sort of bite. They're handled well and should come round given time. Quote Link to post
