7BE1E876-1C75-4330-B3F5-A8BA0CD62B7D-645 they have a hole at the ends that you tie off at its about 3 and a half foot long usually get them off the boat the worn ones that they just scrape

ahh i see the best things ive ever used were 3ft long sections of scaffolding boards buried in well them and man-hole covers but you cant get them very often

it realy depends on your loaction and more inportantly bylaws for that area, this island of yours on the nw wouldent begin with W would it?

No mate.....miles off.........seems tricky to get a definitive answer ........maybe I should ask the fisheries officer ?

As PK stated each area has their own by-laws regarding mesh size and placements of nets. The best way to find them out is to ask a fisheries officer from the area for a copy of them.

yup but be warned thou dont get the rong set of bylaws for your area, we have cumbria sea fisheries comittie bylaws, and the new northwest inshore sea fisheries bylaws to stick too its bull poo
