As PK stated each area has their own by-laws regarding mesh size and placements of nets. The best way to find them out is to ask a fisheries officer from the area for a copy of them. TC yup but be warned thou dont get the rong set of bylaws for your area, we have cumbria sea fisheries comittie bylaws, and the new northwest inshore sea fisheries bylaws to stick too its bull poo Quote Link to post
