But one of the easiest things to do is sprint a short distance Aye theyre fit...to do it at peak peformance.... Most fittness for me comes down to heart and breathing, you'd be suprised how many athletes/sportsmen cannot breathe correctly, bizarrely it's one of them things humans get right naturally when a baby but somehow it gets lost.
