Blackbriar 8,569
Switched from Super H-point to Superdome, due to accuracy problems. Accuracy is better but not brilliant, then I noticed the skirt of the pellet is standing proud of the breech, shearing off a tiny amount of lead when the action closes.Someone gave me a little tool to push them in properly, but it's a pain in the ar5e! I'm gonna have to go to the gunshop and find a pellet that fits properly but, in the meantime, if anyone here shoots a Stoeger X20S (.22), what pellet do you use? Cheers boys Quote Link to post

Maybe I didn't explain properly - the pellet is a gnat's pi55 too big and needs to be pushed in, quite forcefully, with a little plastic thing someone kindly gave me. Quote Link to post

I haven't used a stoger x20s though so I cannot directly compare. Daystate rangemaster Li are quite 'short' stubby little pellets, you could try those. all the best mate, SKoT Quote Link to post
kruby01 114
I have an x20s mate and i too use superdomes. I have never had this problem, is it possible you got a bad batch or something? Quote Link to post
AR177 588
change head size of pellets? might give a better fit 4.52 are tighter than a gnats chuff but 4.50 fit like a dream for me Edited June 30, 2013 by AR177 Quote Link to post

Tron 173
I had a Stoeger .177 and on arrival I put a small taper into the breech end with a small taper stone into the breech and never had any kind of pellet problems after that I had to modify the trigger though as mine it was rubbish.
