I went to buy a cheap semi for the same money, loked at all the cheap models, then compared a second hand berretta which the mechanism just sounded so much better, and it looked as new it cost me £500,so to me there was no comparison, all my mates told me you jammy get,wf

As the saying goes

"The bitter taste of poor quality remains much longer after the sweet taste of a bargin has disappeared"

Each to their own but as I've said before I wouldn't touch one. My mate owned one and had nothing but miss fires and jamming with it, let me tell you its no fun when your on the foreshore and you are lucky to get one or two shots at the most, never mind for one of those shots to just go click when you pull the trigger.

Benelli, Berretta, Winchester every time

Fabarm, Beretta, Benelli, Winchester, Stoeger. It surprises me how few people shoot fabarm autos and i don't really know why. There fantastic pieces of kit and for my money alot nicer handling gun then any of the others i've mentioned. However any of these should make good reliable guns in theory. No auto manufacturer makes truly jamm free guns. I know of more than a few beretta autos that jamm like f##k!! It's all down too what suits you.

I bought my hatsan after being recommended by keeper friends, stay clear of the 3 1/2" model unless you wanna shoot heavy loads all the time as they can start jamming on light clay loads, never had a problem with my 3" magnum, shoots clays as well as my beretta and at £400 ya ain't worried about clashing it about in the field or foreshore! I really can't fault it, give it a good clean every couple of outings a light lube and it goes bang every time! Got plenty of mates that use them for work guns and they all say the same, great gun for the money!

Listen to charlie caller ..........stay clear of hatsan .........i have one on F.A.C 8 shot ........bought it because it was cheap.......and cheap they are i cannot get away with any thing less than 32g without it jamming after a few shots , if you have £500 to spend .....DO NOT GIVE HATSAN A SECOND LOOK , plenty of decent second hand semi autos out there for the money you have to spend ........and plenty of change for cartridges ....happy shooting  you will hear of people saying i have one without problems ect ect ect .......how many people out there complain about remmys , beretta benelli browning ect ......
