I love the stones but they were shit really disappointed

all in there 70s -- never been a fan but my daughter bought me the 3 cd set grrr its the most played cd in the van

I thought the set list was poor and they weren't up for it , but then they played the two or three song encore and that was amazing .and then you realise that they dont have to try and please for an hour just for the six minute encore, Ive seen them live a good few times and its always the "show " you remember not the songs . still think they are brilliant though . and who knows with the wonders of science and technology they are using to keep them going at this age cant be much longer before they resurect Brian and get him playing with them again .

They are still best rock band around no one can draw a bigger audience than they can

Aye they were never the same when Brian left, seen a few bands in my day Hendrix, byrds, captain Beefheart etc.was at the Isle of white, with half a million, and all the other major festivals,

saw the Doors and Jefferson Airplane on the same bill at the Roundhouse London, and live the Doors were awful, Airplane blew them away.

My highlight was The Pink Floyd at the Middle Earth with Syd Barret.

Primal Scream who they say copied the Stones sounded a lot better,

and enjoyed the Alabama Shakes that girl is some singer.
