I'll try the next one with a bit of sugar.....haymin just 5 minutes(door open) or until it goes brown then is it?

 

Smelt beautiful mixing it up, real fruity smell, can't wait to get into it nom nom nom. :D

yip leave it open 4/5 inches so you can see it it'll go brown , you'l just no when it's done )

Cheers mate, how come you don't put any alcohol in it then........thats very un-scottish. :laugh:

I didn't want you to get to confused about the receipe first time around lol . When you make one at Xmas time you can poor brandy all over it and set it a light in front of all yir family , or ya can do it for the boys the night and video it lol :thumbs:
