Farmer phoned me earlier about some problem rabbits. Said they were hammering his crops, went over about an hour ago and the damage is unreal. Don't normally ferret at this time of year, but can't use the rifle and need to keep the farmer happy. So looks like I will be doing a bit on Monday

I got the same when i bumped into a farmer at the shop ,those two rabbits you left in the donkey field have bred im over run going for a look with the rimmy later . but at this time of year most farmers are over run or have hundreds

This is a permission that normally has very few and is actually one of my pigeon permissions. There must be a canny few rabbits tbh as the area with crop damage is a good footy pitch in size. Just hope there ain't too many young'uns.

looking good out my way loads of rabbits about,i wonder how many litters the doe;s have had this year as I stopped ferreting early feb this year because they were in kittle ??

Stinkers/frontbum same here lads. I stopped late feb when i found young and since then i have been too my permissions twice and the dog is marking EVERY sett we came across, shit all over the place aswell. Looking good just hoping the no mixi or other diseases.
