Tattoos???? Dirty b*****d whatever it was!!!!

registered greyhounds are tattooed for identity purposes

Yes I know that... Lol looks like someone didn't want people knowing what this dog was??

 thought you was questioning [BANNED TEXT] was meant by tattoos .... more like didnt want to know who owned it when dumped

It beggars belief that the dog would go anywhere a human again, but yet its there on the table with a fantastic character.Dogs are our best friends not there to be f****n butchered. :nono:

'Best' one I ever heard of? Some c***s stabbed f**k out of a lurker. Then slung it out of the motor.

Poor little thing actually dragged itself up a driveway, to the nearest house. Some innate instinct to trust people told it that someone, in there, would help it.

Thankfully, someone did.

FFS. That's me finished off ..... :cray:

Heard of this sort of thing before, where the numbers were cut off so that the dog couldn`t be used for stud, If the dog was a goodun, it means folk could get pups, but they can`t get the papers

Possibly !? or mibbe I`m just making it up, either way,, totally despicable practice. Geryhounds get the worst deal of all I reckon, way to much money in the game.

It's surprising how many if these sick fuckers are about. When I used to work closely with greyhound rescue we used to have a fair few dogs from them in our kennels that had there ears removed

It's like they went out of there way to be as cruel as possible and draw as much bad press to greyound racing as possible. What's the point in doing that and dumping it, I would usually expect they get a bullet but I am not saying I agree with that either. With the money some of those people make they could easily afford to home old dogs for life or at the very least send them to a rescue with a decent donation.

Fairly sick...

Could even be Antis trying to put the sport into more disrepute with the public..

Most folk would take it to a cat and dog home or just shoot it..

It looked healthy bar the ears I just don't get it, I don't get why someone would do it.. There must of been at least two folk someone must of held it still while the other took the lugs off with knife or what ever..

They wont catch them either, but now folk that are into racing / sight hounds are "cruel feckers that cut dogs ears off and dump them"..

In the eyes of the uneducated masses that read the papers and watch the news...

trouble is the greyhounds never get broke to stock or little dogs so they can be a liability if taking one on s an ex racer to work, so rehoming them is always a bit harder. such a shame though as they can be nice calm animals and make good companions. the grey men should train and stock break them from no age as it could makr life aftr retirement a lot easier for th dogs and working homes could give them a nice place to live and work out their days, so most of the blame lies within the hands of the ghound men themselves
