How did you manage to finish it? sanded with 60 grit then straight to 180 grit until most of the scratches have gone, you should be able to see the colors start to look a bit brighter the I used a homemade polishing wheel out of denim jeans and toothpaste still takes ages tho... anyone tried using a blow torch to melt just the surface Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Kind of like a 'rough' finish on them.... lets you keep good grip.... even when your hands are wet.... Adds to the 'scrapyard' look 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
