Anyway, on a lighter note; This reminds me of the famous twitch of a Nightjar. I think it was on Scilly and also seem to recall it was an Egyptian Nightjar. Now, as you probably know, these birds sit very still so's to mimic a stick. So, there's all these lads peering at it down their telescopes. Drooling as they enjoy the view and the fact that they've just ticked a Mega. Then, at some point and for some reason, one brave soul walked up to the bird and poked it. And it rolled over, stone cold dead! Now the dilemma: If you'd come and seen the bird. Ask yourself; " Can't go ticking a dead bird. Was it still alive when I got here?
