Gaz_1989 9,539 Posted June 27, 2013 Report Share Posted June 27, 2013 I always feed a few hours before lamping. Feed at 5pm and leave for lamping at 10pm is the norm. I feed at night (10pm ish) so if I'm going lamping they haven't eaten for 24 hours. I always think I wouldn't fancy going for a big training session having not eaten for 24 hours so I give them a half sized meal with plenty of time to digest it. Sometimes biscuits, sometimes meat with pasta or brown bread. Then a normal size meal when we get home. Will be interesting to see what others do. 2 Quote Link to post
