Gaz_1989 9,539
These are my kits, 4 weeks old yesterday. There are 12 from 2 litters, one polecat Jill and one Albino Jill but the polecat Jill died when the kits were 2 weeks old so the Albino has reared all 12 with a little help... They are all albino or polecat except this little one. Any ideas what colour this will be? 1 Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
Thanks. The hob put over both was a polecat so is that likely to be from the albino Jill or Poley Jill or could it be either? Could the albino Jill produce poleys? 1 Quote Link to post

Ideation 8,216
I do like a sandy. I have two sandy hobs here. As for getting stuck with the hobs. . . . Joel may be right. However, these days, with the rise in popularity of vac hobs, the number of hobs being bought / taken / kept has gone up. Also, it always worries me how many people breed litters, and how few work hobs. Nice litter by the way mate, well done, I hope they do you proud 1 Quote Link to post

I've got a lovely natured poley hob here, one of the softest I've had. My 3 year old plays with him so gonna get him vasectomised this year and keep him for bringing my Jill's out. I'm keeping the sandy Jill, a Dark Poley Jill and I'm having a Jill off my mate just to mix things up. So hopefully next season I will have a good team. Quote Link to post
