Did you ever see one of these dogs called, scamp, seen him dug to a few times, a couple of good digging lads had it, and one bred him I think

Yes. A good dog. His half brother and son were much better dogs IMO.

Yes, smooth coated, sort of. Seen him work a big place one day, pushed out a few foxes and saw him dug to, he was about four years old, he never let your man past him, when it got hard. The were good hunting lads

Yes. A good dog. His half brother and son were much better dogs IMO.

His son was not a better dog , good dog yes but nowhere near as well bred as his father
