engraver 44
I had a 4-14x44 ffp bought it from MAG it was about £235 It was well made great ret positive clicks on the turrets and never lost zero. But Bad points were the optics were not Bushnell sharp plus the ret was easy to lose when on low mag because as you probably know it shrinks on low mag because of the FFP I would say they are a great target scope as you don't loose your aimpoints and built like a tank. But for hunting is was far too heavy on top of your rig adding at least a few pound and a half and it wasn't overly bright but the bigger ones are ok but still not massively impressive. I believe a Nikon or bushnell legend provides a better lamping scope all day and they weigh nothing in comparison plus better optics for less money. For targets yes very nice but for hunting no look elsewhere just my personal opinion. 1 Quote Link to post

GEOFF.223 83
Great at day time terrible at night time Reticle to fine to see clealy at nite because at nite you will probably turn it down to around x10 power which make the rrticle tiny. That's why I got rid of mine but rather than that a excellent scope well built fells good. Gave sub 0.5 groups out of my .223 at 100yards Quote Link to post
