baldockbanks courser 598
Well I've been reading some biast views and some more sensible ones on this subject over the last few weeks. I spot a letter from GEOFF from Wellingborough, thought to myself, hello! the men in white coats have failed to notice he has a biro concealed on his person. As I read on my worst fears were confirmed this was the boiler suite clad lunatic I've herd about preaching from the mythical TUMBLER gospel. Dogs only need a maximum 1/32 of bull in them and they too can run TUMBLER style rather than Lurcher style??! This man must really have pushed some rubbish into people. My mate had a pup of him which Geoff said could do this and that and guarenteed it, my mate rung him after it jacked on Chinese water deer, to which Geoff replied " that particular breeding hadn't jelled"! I still wind my mate up about it to this day!!!! 2 Quote Link to post

rossthedog 76
Everyone is entitled to an opinion and if it is genuinely offered generaly is worth at least a moments thought, but these opinions are only given out of jealousy or a fear of loosing profit there is a place for all genuine well bred working lurchers in the field each to his own . paulus 26
only ever seen one genuine one bred by the man himself work and to be fair it was a half decent dog, the hype that went with it was better than the dog mind but that seems to be the norm nowadays Quote Link to post

Bosun11 537
Not defending the man in any way but the lurcher world needs its characters and he is certainly one... Be a very dull world if we were all the same... Quote Link to post
jeemes 4,492
I f you really want to be scared..go and visit him..Some say hes a character, some say hes a bore but all will agree he is full to the brim with bullshit. One thing I will say in his favour and that is he does look after his dogs well...after all the line is over 400 years old. Quote Link to post
