The missus and kids are away, and I have just made myself the most delicious rabbit curry. Had it in a marinade of olive oil, garlic, spring onions, brown sugar, soya sauce and ginger for two days. Boiled it in the marinade for 25 mins, cut meat off bone, then added coconut milk, bit of flour, carrot, mango chutney, raisins, honey, sliced apple and curry powder, brilliant if I say so myself. And I know when I heat it up again tomorrow it will taste even better, anyone want to come round, PJ

PS, stick your Big Macs and KFC's where the sun don't shine

I'm surprised you can taste the spices with the quantity of wolf blas you must consume at your curry house :tongue2:
