new piks of the whippet pup

took a few piks of her while was out last night with the gun she seems keen and she runs into feilds chasing pigeons but seems to not even notice rabbits one lifted infront of her but she didnt even notice she's just over 6 months now i know shes still young and dont get me wrong i not expecting her to catch anything yet but would have thought she would have seen it any advice or should i just keep taking her up the feilds and let her decide when she's ready for them ? both her parents worked day and night and with ferrets , itll be my first outing this year tomorow with the ferrets taking my old jill and one of my hob kits hes 4 months was going to take the whippet and keep her on the leash my we cusin is going to come to hold her while i work the ferrets just to let her see them through the season and maube let her on some easy ones at the end of the season any advice wont go wrong . also my springs naked in my gun i think its a webly xocet anyone know what type of spring would be worth the buying and where from ?

its not easy getting her to stay still or to get a good pik plus its just a camera phone

6 mths is too young for her to be chasing a healthy rabbit, let her have another 4 mths or so then find her one

cheers for the advice mate im not expecting her to chase a healthy big rabbit and catch it its mostly haflings up the feild i walk her jujst expected her to be a bit more intrested than she was the other night but itl be another 5/6 months before i try her on the lamp or that . thanks for the advice
