A Blue Pocket Rocket Catapult

Recommended Posts

had a go at making a small 'pocketable'...catapult...

something thats discreet :whistling:

sits in your hand nicely...

bit more work and some treatment...

fitted with some nice singles should be nice

i think im gonna give birch plywood a go, can get offcuts for next to nothing. i need something to do during the offseason. at least it will take a little bit of pressure off you keeping the catapult section alive as it will be me flooding it with shit catties

its not even banded yet mate... just drying now.

i can forsee there being strain on the wrist due to the lack of handle....

and also the points catching on your pocket etc....

so i came up with this....

smoother and more rounded with slightly more to grip in your palm.

full sized forks....

The second design looks really smart and very 'pocketable' . I'm (still) making my own 'tiny catty', as I've some lovely woodland near me, but a bit of discretion would be needed :whistling::whistling: .

Keep up the good work, buddy !!
