For Sale Hawke Prostalk Ed 10 X 56 Binoculars

Hawke Pro-Stalk ED 10 x 56 binoculars. Tried out in the garden only and absolutely new & mint. Unmarked lenses, straps not fitted to bino’s or case. Lens cloth unused also. Case and lens covers included. These are listed on the Hawke website at £329. I am looking to sell for £190 or swap for a decent scope around £190-£200 mark. These really are up there with the Alpha’s. SOLD

Why are you selling them if you have just bought them if you don't mind me asking, read a very good review on these on another forum.

No problem, good question. I have owned every single model of Hawke ED binoculars but I never tried the Pro-stalk. I got these after having my Frontier ED's stolen but they are not what I would say are good birding binoculars. For the hunter, these provide an outstanding performance to cost ratio. Aside my Zeiss Dialyt 8 x 56 these are the better binocular matching the Zeiss low light performance. On a clarity scale they outperform them entirely. However, they are just too heavy for me to lug around the coasts which is where I do all my birding. I am back to my Frontiers at nearly half the weight. The reviews are good wherever I read up on them because they really are that good. I sold my Swarovisions on the BBS and when the chap came to get them he tried my Frontier ED's and ended up buying my 8 x 43's at the same time. Thanks for asking.
