im not saying the couldnt kill decent hauls on the lamp but what is the ingredient that stops them being able to kill hares regulary daytime? if they can kill 20 on the lamp, why arnt all the daytime lads using them for matching,,there has to be something missing,,,its either speed or stamina..i dont mean this as an argument it would just be nice to put an end to the continuing argument..why cant the collie/minshaw x kill hares regular in daytime???? saluki x can do it daytime and on the lamp....there is a few lads on here that use saluki x for ferreting, lamping ,bushing etc..but how many serious coursing lads are running colllie/minshaw dogs????

i dont eat them to keep me regular ..iam regular without those i like coconuts how do you know oatabix arnt all they are cracked up to be ....they give me loads of stamina

Do they , I didnt know that, i just didn't like the taste very much. Ill buy them now for the dog then, he needs all the help he can get. Learn something new everyday

Minshaw bred lurchers are few and far between a minority breed because there not bred from pedgree's that are available at ease may have something to do with it.. There are saluki x lurchers running around every council estate and traveller site in the uk. If it wasnt for the internet rfar fewer people would of heard of them, most people know what a saluki x lurcher is and looks like.

you are 100% right joe thats why i answered baz ,s post iam serious into coursing i like nothing better than a daytime hare ....iam not saying he an out and out hare dog because he isnt joe .. but i didnt get him for that ...i got him as an allrounder type and thats what he is ...his breeding is ...sire saluki x ..dam grey bull x minshaw ...why do you ask joe ...????

hes a decent young dog joe quite happy with him so far ...hes filling the pot and he will also provide meat for my coursing pup whats on its way ........

hes nearly 19 months old so he only did a bit of last season .but what he did do i was quite impressed he took some daytime janurary feb big bunnies on small land and has got the taste for the bigger taster stuff he works well on the lamp even tho i havent given him a full work out yet ..... but so far so good ...this season will be the season to give him a few tests he will be 2 on the first of jan ..still young so theres no big rush

shes whip/grey/coll 23tts. good rabbiting bitch and can hold her own in the small parks but aint the best for the big runs in the larger parks
