Guest SKINNER Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 Ive watched many dvds where there has been at least half a dozen blokes and upto 30 men (in 1 instance) walking 2 or 3 saluki x apiece and theyve ran a hare.You tell me if that hare could escape with all the exit routes blocked. I dont know of any lamping folk who go out with between 6 and 30 men with 2 or 3 dogs apiece, thats not what i call fun Are you saying they ran all the dogs at once ? How do you blocked exit routes in the day? Obviously im not saying that every dog was slipped on a hare DUMBO, are you for real? Do you know the escape route of every hare on the fens? That hare maybe wanted to find refuge but obviously couldnt because of 30 men and 50 or 60 salukis blocking where it wants to go so the hare as had to stay out in the open and be caught. Whats different to that than lamping a hare? Seems to be 1 law for daytime and another for lamping according to you. Quote Link to post

You then slagged off the greyhound instead of giving a sensable opinion. It wasnt a insult what I threw at you it was a fact. What has me being a member of HU got to do with me posting on here are you not also a member of other forums? not slagging of greyhounds at all, just saying they could not have done the same, and not done it better on the same ground in the same country and thats a fact its been tryed during the wars. Guest SKINNER Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 my videos are daytime...not training sessions on the lamp..either belive it or not...i bet if i said it was with a minshaw dog you wouldnt doubt it .....but to be honest if you dont belive it ,ill still be able to sleep tonight, can any minshaw owner show you a video of there dogs killing 14 hares?.. ..or can they show you a picture the next day......i could put a picture up now with me, with my arm round jordan...doesnt mean i slept with her tho does it Ive seen it baz dont worry about that, seen plenty of hares getting killed on the lamp, theyre circling about, you just have to know the right people.
