lorelei0922 2 Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hi Everyone, As the title says i'm a Newbie.. VERY much so. I've sweet talked my Husband into two sweet albino jills with the added prospect of Him taking them hunting this winter. That being said, after watching and getting to know these bundles of energy for the past couple months i'm as excited to go hunting with them as He is. While He's had some experience hunting with ferrets before, it was a long time ago and obviously i'd never even heard of such a thing being a silly Yank just imported this past year LOL I've joined another forum and i'm enjoying getting to know the new world of ferrets. However, while the other forum has a thread for workers... most there just have their ferrets as pets and i really want to learn about both sides of these bundles of energy. We live in Devon and have permission to hunt rabbits on a friend's land and are excited to get started, but would love to perhaps tag along with a more experienced hunter the first time or two just so i can get the hang of things. You can usually find what you're looking for without going through pages and pages, because there is A LOT of brilliant advice here.
